Up to 5 pages: A focused site built around your supplied content and photographs, such as Home, About, Services, Work and Contact.
Mobile-responsive design: A consistent layout for phones, tablets and desktop screens.
Contact or quote form: Customers can send an inquiry without opening an email app. Submission and notification checks are part of launch.
Foundational on-page SEO: Page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, canonicals and a sitemap provide a clear starting point for search engines.
Basic launch / setup: Upload, configuration and launch checks on the agreed hosting setup.
One revision round: One consolidated round of feedback within the agreed scope before launch.

$500 means $500 for the starter scope described here.
If your project needs anything outside that scope, we’ll identify it and agree on the price before work begins. No surprise add-ons halfway through the project.

Photography, additional pages, advanced features, Google Business Profile work and ongoing marketing are quoted separately. The proposal confirms scope and timing.

Website + Professional Photography

Local businesses can combine a website with original photographs of their staff, workplace, products, services, equipment, vehicles and completed projects. Photography is an additional service, separate from the $500 launch offer.

Domain registration, hosting, SSL/security certificates, premium plugins or services, advertising spend and other third-party costs, including client-specific paid software, are separate unless specifically included in the proposal. Some hosting plans include SSL. Renewal costs and responsibilities are confirmed before booking.

Clear service descriptions, practical contact options and content that explains what customers can expect. Google Maps integration, Google Business Profile work, Search Console and analytics setup can be included when appropriate to the project.

Website-only work can be handled remotely. Photography and on-location content are planned around Mendota, the Illinois Valley and agreed travel.

Professional content from one team

Local clients can add headshots, staff and workplace photography, food and product images, service photos, graphics, video or ongoing SEO. We agree on what is useful and quote those services separately.

May include Search Console monitoring, technical SEO improvements, Google Business Profile work, content updates, local-search improvements and ongoing website optimization.

Monthly plans cover agreed work, not unlimited changes. Search rankings, traffic and lead volume are not guaranteed.

Joliet MX — Rebuild in Development

A mobile-responsive rebuild with clearer navigation and an organized structure for race and event information. Practice details, rentals, forms and directions are easier to reach, with layouts designed around mobile usability as well as desktop visitors.
